“I am incredibly happy I found Alexis to sell my home! After being listed with a different Realtor and seeing no results, Alexis was able to sell it in 3 weeks!! Her entire team was a dream to work with; they made the experience simple, easy, and enjoyable! I highly recommend working with Alexis Weigand and her team for any Real Estate needs!”

- Michelle Anderson

“Alexis is as great of a Real Estate Agent as you can get. I had an investment property that sat on the market for about 5 years. I had listed it with several agents and had even tried to sell it myself a couple of times. I finally found Alexis and the rest is history. She gave me sound advice on property value in our area and within a short period of time we had a contract. At that point Alexis really went to work to assure the sell went thru and everyone was happy. The A in Alexis stands for A+++.”

Ronald - "They’ve just been fantastic. They’re incredibly easy to work with. We had our home on the market for a total of 2 weeks and we were very impressed with how fast everything went. The only thing we had to do was provide a couple of documents and the rest was done!"

Marie - "We worked with Zach from the Alexis Weigand group and he was a very pleasant person to work with. He was polite and made sure to answer all our questions. He kept us informed so we knew what was going on and we just had a very good experience with him."

Gina - "Everything was really great when we worked with them. They made themselves available on weekends since that was the only time I could look at houses, which was much appreciated. He also got the deal done when I thought it was lost. I had a certain limit I wanted to spend with closing costs and after the buyer said forget it, he called them back and I don’t know how but he got the deal done. I was incredibly happy!"

Ashley - "We worked with Zach and he was just incredibly helpful. He was always easy to get in touch with 24/7, which we really appreciated. He was also always open to look at houses whenever we wanted to go look at houses which was very helpful to us. "

Ashlie - "The Alexis Weigand group was really great to work with. Our house was on the market for less than 5 days and we had 10 offers over asking price. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! They were timely, efficient, and they really went above and beyond. They gave us all the information we needed up front and I never felt lost or confused because they handled everything. It really was the best experience! "

Anonymous - "Zach was excellent to work with. He was very willing to help without being over-bearing and I really appreciated that. We had lost a lot that had been on the market for about 3-4 years because someone else beat us to it by about half a day so Zach suggested that we looked at lots that were around it. Zach wrote a letter and sent it off and in the end it turned one of the people around to decide to sell it. He we very willing to do extra work and think outside of the box!"

Noah - "Our home sold within a month so it sold pretty quickly and I’m happy with the results. I bought another home to live in through the Alexis Weigand Group and we found a home we love and it didn’t take us long either. My wife wasn’t happy with the cleaning condition of the home we purchased and Alexis ended up sending over a cleaning crew that cleaned everything so my wife was happy. Overall it was a pleasant experience! "

Tommy - "They were incredible. They are very professional, they have a great staff, and they sold my home in a very good amount of time. Everything was prompt and on time with everything that she said. I would highly recommend her to anyone!"
