Zach was excellent to work with. He was very willing to help without being over-bearing and I really appreciated that. We had lost a lot that had been on the market for about 3-4 years because someone else beat us to it by about half a day so Zach suggested that we looked at lots that were around it. Zach wrote a letter and sent it off and in the end it turned one of the people around to decide to sell it. He we very willing to do extra work and think outside of the box!
